School of Biosciences and Bioengineering
Welcome to the School of Biosciences and Bioengineering (SBB), IIT Mandi. Our vision is to create next-generation academicians, scientists and industry experts in the domains of Health, Agriculture and Environment. Since 2016, it has grown substantially in terms of academic activities, diverse research areas and infrastructure. Currently, SBB is the home to a vibrant group of 10 core faculties, several research scholars, and students. SBB thrives for excellence with different academic programs at the level of PhD, post graduate, and undergraduate to create an academic niche, where state-of-the-art Bioscience meets cutting-edge Bioengineering technologies at IIT Mandi.
